SCIOinspire solutions are driven by clients’ cost management agenda. We recognize that different approaches to service delivery work best for different clients. To meet individualized needs most effectively, SCIOinspire offers four broadly defined models that address in-sourcing, co-sourcing, business process improvement and consulting goals:

  • In-sourcing – Bringing outsourced processes back in-house by empowering client staff to apply SCIOinspire software and solutions to specific work environments. Applications can be deployed using client-server, hosted and for-hosting models (where clients have outsourced IT functions).
  • Co-sourcing – Platform-based technology service delivery to target specific subrogation and COB sub-processes.
  • Outsourcing– SCIOinspire offers full-service outsourcing of subrogation, COB, workers’ compensation recovery, and overpayments identification and recovery services.
  • Consulting – SCIOinspire’s consulting team works collaboratively with clients, providing support around VBID, care management program design, program evaluation, outcomes analysis, and care opportunity assessment.
